1. Choose Your Size

Pick the dimensions that best suit your space. I offer a range of sizes to fit different homes and styles.

2. Select Your Special Objects

Choose the items you’d love included in your painting from meaningful keepsakes and favourite foods to flowers, pets, travel memories, or everyday objects you love most.

3. Pick Your Colour Palette

Choose the colours and mood for your piece so it perfectly complements your home and personal style.

4. Digital Mockup Preview

I’ll create a Photoshop mockup so you can visualise the composition before painting begins.

5. Review & Refine

You’ll have the chance to request tweaks or adjustments to the mockup until it feels just right.

6. Painting Begins

Once approved, I’ll bring your custom artwork to life on canvas.

Commission Terms & Conditions

By booking a commission with me, you agree to the following terms:

1. Deposit Requirement

For all domestic (within Australia) commissions, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your place in my schedule and allows me to begin preliminary work such as mockups, planning, or material preparation.

2. International Clients

For all international commissions, full payment is required upfront due to additional administrative, shipping, and processing requirements.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. This includes if the client chooses to cancel after payment has been made. The non-refundable policy covers time spent, material costs, and loss of booking availability.

4. Domestic Cancellation Policy

If a domestic (Australian) commission is cancelled by the client:

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• If full payment has already been made, only 50% of the total commission fee will be refunded.

5. International Cancellation Policy

If an international commission is cancelled by the client:

• If work has not yet commenced, 50% of the total commission fee will be refunded.

• Once work has commenced (including mockups, planning, or purchase of materials such as canvas), no refund will be provided.

6. Final Payment

For domestic commissions, the remaining 50% is due upon completion and must be paid before delivery or shipping.

7. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times will be discussed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current commission queue.

8. Cancellation by the Artist

If, for any reason, I, Britty Flynn, need to cancel the commission, all payments will be refunded in full.
