Commission Terms & Conditions

By booking a commission with me, you agree to the following terms:

1. Deposit Requirement

For all domestic (within Australia) commissions, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your place in my schedule and allows me to begin preliminary work such as sketches, planning, or material preparation.

2. International Clients

For all international commissions, full payment is required upfront. This is due to additional administrative, shipping, and processing requirements.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All deposits and international full payments are non-refundable. This includes if the client chooses to cancel after payment has been made. The non-refundable policy covers time spent, material costs, and loss of booking availability.

4. Final Payment

For domestic commissions, the remaining 50% is due upon completion and must be paid before delivery or shipping.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times will be discussed at the time of booking. These may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current commission queue.

6. Cancellation by the Artist

If, for any reason, I Britty Flynn need to cancel the commission, all payments will be refunded in full.
